The walks are one hour, circular walks from the best pubs and cafes in and around Bath...no booking required.

You walk at your own pace. There are some fast walkers who know the routes and treat the walk as a fitness session, some medium pace walkers who like to chat and enjoy the countryside, some Nordic walkers who use the Nordic Poles and some slower walkers who are beginners to the walks. There is a back marker who stays with the slowest walkers. I am in the middle of the walkers, as I have the first aid kit and I keep an eye on everyone and check they are ok.  I have an outdoor first aid training. 
I am also a Nordic Walking instructor, qualified to take groups out walking and I can teach the Nordic Walkers.
At the end of the walks we stretch out our muscles and some walkers stop for a coffee or lunch at the pubs.
There are 50 different walks
You do not have to Book on to the walks, just turn up.  .
