This is 20 minutes aerobics, 15 minutes toning exercises and 15 minutes Pilates and stretching..beginners welcome

STEP AEROBICS £6
A 55 minute class with 25 minutes of step aerobics, 20 minutes of toning with weights and bands and 10 minutes of Pilates and stretching...beginners welcome.
